Our founder, Shannon, spent over 12 years in the world of professional dance and fitness, pushing his body to its limits, navigating injury, and learning firsthand what true hydration actually demands. Through years of training, performing, and recovery, he realized something essential: real wellbeing isn’t just physical, it’s emotional. It’s the balance between performance and rest, ambition and ease, health and joy. But the drinks he found were either overly clinical or disconnected from real life. They focused on function, not feeling. On numbers, not moments.

Solspill became the answer, a hydration experience designed to support your body while fitting seamlessly into a modern, social lifestyle. Solspill evolved into a mission to create a drink that blends real function with the spirit of togetherness. Not just to replenish, but to elevate everyday moments.

  • Shipping for Solspill 12-packs is calculated at checkout. Apparel ships for a flat $5.

    Most orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

    As a beverage product, we cannot accept returns, but we do refund the cost plus associated shipping on damaged shipment claims once pictures of the damage are submitted.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    Send photos + your order number to hello@drinksolspill.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund — our treat.

    Can I return opened cans?

    Not unless there’s a defect. If something tastes off, message us and we’ll help.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    Not directly. Return your unopened items and place a new order anytime.

    I live outside the U.S. — can I return?

    We currently do not accept returns on orders outside the U.S.

    My package couldn’t be delivered — now what?

    Returned packages will be refunded minus shipping and carrier fees. Double-check your address at checkout to avoid this!

    How long do refunds take?

    Usually 5–10 business days once we receive and approve your return.
